About Me

Military Author

ANTHONY MCNALLY is a former British soldier that saw active service in Northern Ireland and the 1982 Falklands War where he was credited with the shooting down of two enemy aircraft with SAM missiles. After being diagnosed with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) he began writing about his experiences which led to his successful writing career and his book ‘Still Watching Men Burn fighting the #PTSD war’ and his trauma poetry and World War One book ‘Screaming in Silence.’

The Power Of Words

Anthony is internationally recognized for his tireless campaigning for better treatment and understanding of veterans with mental health problems. He is highly sought after by press and media around the world to give his views on the subject. He is the founder of Furness & South Lakes mental health group. Living in the tranquil English Lake district with his wife Linda and his two Labrador dogs, I continue to write my best selling books, now being read by the SAS (Special Air Service) Sons of Eirinn Operation Celtic Jihad (Book 1 ) and Z Troop The Marrakech Gamble (Book 2), Book 3 coming soon in the Conner Ryan Series.

The new McNabb or Ryan

This book is brilliant, has the believability and inside knowledge that makes the reader want to turn the next page. Was annoyed that I didn't have the time to read cover to cover same day

Hard to put down.

Every bit as good as the first book in the Conner Ryan series.
Exciting and hard to put down but at the same time, the book gives an invite into the subject of PTSD.
I hope this won't be the last we hear of Conner Ryan.
A well written book that I would not hesitate to recommend
